Chris Chandler, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hi, I’m Chris Chandler, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about fostering meaning and hope in relationships, and about feeling alive and connected in life. I love being of service and would be honored to join you on your journey.
I work with couples, families, teens, and adults. Some of the topics I focus on are depression, grief, self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, sexual health and integrity, infidelity, sexual addiction, addiction more broadly, bipolar and mood disorders. I obtained my graduate degree from Fuller School of Marriage and Family Therapy, which provided me with a foundation of knowledge and expertise. I lean into, and am humbled and honored to work with clients of different paths from my own. I enjoy learning and growing from surrounding myself with people with distinct experiences.
I find solace and inspiration in wilderness. I am a backpacking instructor and outdoor educator. Formerly, I worked in outdoor youth development and mentorship with non-profit organizations aiming to provide communities greater access to such experiences. As a lover of outdoor adventures, I believe that nature has a profound way of infusing self-discovery and personal growth. My approach to therapy draws from experiences that acknowledge the importance of grounding the mind, body, and spirit in the authentic and the natural.
If we were to work together, I would be committed to providing you with compassion, as we navigate relational patterns, overcome obstacles, and build stronger and more fulfilling connections.
Please reach out, and I would be honored to join you in learning to enjoy the journey of climbing the mountains in your life, in finding hope, healing, and growth.
