Group Therapy

Group Therapy is a unique experience in which individuals find themselves supported by a Therapist and a set of peers experiencing similar challenges, or striving for similar goals. Group Therapy opportunities at Relationships For Better are often focused on Relational Health, Depression and Anxiety Support, and Emotional Regulation.

Loneliness can be debilitating when working through life challenges. Taking opportunities to join with other like-minded people can ease the burden, and provide helpful validation and acceptance.
