Trisha Long, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hi, I’m Trisha, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), and it is my great joy to support you on your journey to greater well-being. Whether you’re a couple looking to strengthen your relationship, an individual seeking self-understanding, or someone going through a difficult season, I’m committed to walking alongside you.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and focused on cultivating a welcoming space where you’ll be met with acceptance, safety and understanding. I draw on my life experiences of overcoming years of chronic pain, walking through infertility, and the daily practice of strengthening my marriage of 19 years, to provide a genuine connection to each individual’s experience. Growing up with a sibling with severe intellectual disabilities, I developed a deep empathy for the challenges marriages, families, and individuals face. These experiences have shaped my passion for helping others navigate their own complex journeys toward growth and positive change.
