Kristin Ball, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hi, I’m Kristin, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I believe every person carries a story worth telling, and therapy can be a place to begin making sense of that story with compassion and curiosity. Our behaviors, even the ones that cause pain, often make sense when we see them in the larger context of our lives. By exploring the experiences, beliefs, and narratives that shape who you are, my hope is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more connected to your values and sense of meaning.
People I work with often share that they feel truly seen and supported in our sessions. I bring warmth, steadiness, and care, creating a space where both grief and resilience can be acknowledged. Whether you are working through questions of identity, healing from relational wounds, or longing for a deeper sense of belonging, I am here to walk alongside you as you discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. I also work with couples who want to repair trust, strengthen their bond, and find new patterns of connection that bring them closer together.
Who I Help:
- Couples who want to repair trust, strengthen their bond, and feel more connected in their relationship.
- Partners working to heal after betrayal, infidelity, or affairs.
- Individuals navigating identity formation, belonging, or cultural questions.
- Those healing from spiritual abuse, faith transitions, or relational wounds.
- People living with chronic illness or ADHD.
- Adults working through trauma and its impact on their lives.
Issues I Help With:
- Relationship challenges including trust, communication, and disconnection.
- Restoring trust and rebuilding connection after the pain of betrayal or infidelity.
- Trauma and the ways it shapes beliefs, behaviors, and relationships.
- Identity, belonging, and navigating transitions in faith, culture, or community.
- The impact of chronic illness, ADHD, and relational struggles.
- Healing from codependency, betrayal, and other relational wounds.
I see therapy as a collaborative process that welcomes the fullness of your story. Together, we will look with compassion at the patterns that have shaped your life and relationships, while also creating room for new ways of being that feel more life-giving and authentic.
Above all, I want to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and safe to explore the complexity of your story. It is a place where both grief and resilience can be honored, and where new possibilities for wholeness can emerge.
